Zimbabwe YMCA Mabelreign YMCA Property Property Development Opportunity: The Zimbabwe YMCA is seeking a Partner in a Build-Operate-Transfer development of their owned property in the Mabelreign Township of the City of Harare.The development of this property will assist the YMCA in the achieving its Mission of Empowering the Young People of Zimbabwe for the Africa Renaissance.The Zimbabwe YMCA was founded in 1968 and is part of the Africa Alliance of YMCA's which is the largest Pan-African Movement serving Young People. The Mabelreign YMCA site development is a critical component of an overall revitalization plan for the Zimbabwe YMCA.
