Three G+27-story skyscrapers span seven acres and house more than 350 luxurious residences. The flats are available in 3 and 4 BHK layouts and range in size from 1900 to 2600 square feet. The project is pending RERA Board of Karnataka permission. The RERA Authority is expected to grant the Prestige Eaton Park RERA number in November 2025. Additionally, the project has applied for approval from the BMRDC, BBMP, and BDA.
