Submission After registering your company ,the following company documents will be availed to you : 1. Cr 5 ( proof of business address ) 2. Cr6 ( list of directors ,IDs ,their addresses 3. Memorandum of association ( Company objectives and shareholders shares ) 4. Articles of association ( legal law binding shareholders ; companies act ) 5. Certificate of incorporation ( this is company certificate which state the date which your company was incorporated in Zimbabwe under the companies act ) It takes less than 4 working days to get your papers Company Reg fees $120.00 ( inclusive of a statutory fees paid to companies registry ) All payments are done at our office ,and clients should get their invoices / receipts of payments of the fees paid at the offices . All papers will be sent via DHL, FedEx to respective addresses you are going to provide to our office .
