Information we use

We store account details, shop profiles, listings, moderation records and essential security logs. Public shop details—including a WhatsApp number you choose to publish—are visible to marketplace visitors.

Why we use it

Information is used to operate search, publish shops and products, secure accounts, send transactional SendGrid email, prevent abuse and support moderation.

What we do not do

Zimexapp does not process marketplace payments and does not sell account passwords or private security tokens. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes.

Your choices

You can edit your shop and products from the dashboard. Contact support@zimexapp.co.zw for account access or deletion requests.
