A health body should be always clean and free from toxins. Toxins are found in the food that we take in eg food posion from mixing different and many food staffs or eating expired food. Hence it is important to detox our bodies. Excess food that we take in must be removed from the body to prevent generation of the diseases such as diabetic and hypertension. Hypertension can be a result of excess amino and fatty acids that can be deposited in the blood stream and this resulted in the reduction of blood stream lumen. As we all know the smaller the area the larger the pressure. And this is why many people are suffering from high blood pressure. As for diabetes excess carbohydrates are converted to glucose which can be then converted back to fuel the body. This means that if there is continuous intake of carbohydrates respiration can to take place but rather there is ongoing deposition of glucose. Respiration is the process where by glucose and oxygen react to give back carbohydrates (required by the body), water and energy. Therefore we must maintain our deits.
