Products & services: KUZ CONSTRUCTION has separate divisions specialising in Commercial Construction, Residential Builds, Interior Fit-outs and Maintenance. As a result, we have an extremely diverse range of skills which are transferrable between the divisions. We have the commercial experience necessary to address any technically challenging aspects of a project, combined with the attention to detail and high level of interior finishes required on residential and interior fit-out projects. We evaluate projects for constructability, provides cost estimates, helps maintain project scheduling, and works with owners to meet quality and time objectives. Kuz Construction can suggest cost effective means of construction and help select the best subcontractors for each project. Once a project is begun, Kuz Construction maintains full-time superintendents who are responsible for all daily logs, reviewing quality and timeliness of subcontractors, conducting safety meetings and maintaining good communications.
